Designed by Bruce Rogers, set in Monotype Bulmer, and with three coloured woodcuts by Edward A. Wilson. 1000 copies printed, each signed by the illustrator on the colophon leaf. This one of 500 copies specially bound for the American Institute of Graphic Arts, cover paper by George A. Nelson and the binding by Frank Fortney.
