The art nouveau decorations in the book were designed by Martin Battersby, and the cover cloth printed at his studio in Brighton. With John Sparrow’s book plate by (Reynolds Stone 1909–1979 no. 277). 10 collotype plates. One of 500 copies on mould-made paper. (Crutchley page 33).
