”The images include sometimes incongruous or unexplained details, such as the sculpture on the mantelpiece, the bricks tumbling from the wall. What is left is something not dissimilar to a German expressionist film and theatre set with disorienting planes and disruptive or unknown light-sources, which echo the disruption within Jekyll/Hyde’s identity.” British Library.
